My New Love: Denim Skirts

What are your thoughts on denim skirts? Truthfully, I’ve never owned one until recently because every time I tried them on they would rise up as soon as I started walking. I’m not sure if that even makes sense, but, what I’m trying to say is that I never found one that was comfortable…or that looked flattering on me. I recently saw this one and reallllly hoped it would be “the one”….and, a la, it was! I’m really loving it and can’t wait to style it again with my white adidas sneakers!

Also, while we’re talking about trends, I’m a HUGE fan of neck scarves! I’ve now purchased this one in both red and blue and then purchased two more this week from American Eagle. I might have a problem, but I can’t help it….I love them! Some of you may not be too sure about it, but I suggest just giving it a try. Who knows, once you put it on, you may become a huge fan of neck scarves, too.

Side Note: I recently purchased this denim skirt also and it’s super cute and not as long as the one I’m wearing in this post. Secondly, this Madewell white tee from Nordstrom is my FAVE! I literally have it in every color. Under $20 + FREE ship!
