My love for kimonos runs DEEP! I’m so happy that they’re on trend for literally every season, which makes them such a great transitional piece. The same kimonos you wear for spring, you can also wear for fall and vice versa. Personally, I think the longer the kimono, the better… and the more colorful the kimono, the better. They’ve turned into the cutest and easiest statement pieces! And, bonus, kimonos are actually pretty versatile. You can style with jeans or shorts and a tank (this Topshop cami is my FAVE) or even with a dress. Plus, you can literally style them with any type of shoe! Another great thing about kimonos is that they’re flattering on any body type and they even make a great maternity option. Oh, and did I mention that they’re ageless? I gifted my grandmother a kimono for her birthday and she absolutely LOVED it!
