Happy Sunday, friends! Kyle is driving us home from Oklahoma and my wifi is very spotty so I’m hoping I’m able to get this Weekly Recap to y’all without any issues!
We spent the weekend in Cloudy, Oklahoma (yet again). We’ve been going there with family-friends for so long and, over time, we’ve been able to bring a few of our friends as well. Well, the opportunity FINALLY presented itself for us to have our own little place there. This “town” called Little River Ranch is literally in the middle of nowhere. No post office, no grocery stores, no stop light, literally, nothing. And it’s heavenly; surrounded by the most beautiful trees, a little river, and lots of trails.
There are roughly 40-50 people who have family cabins there. Some of have been in their families for decades and some are newer. We go there to get away and we ride our ATV’s and enjoy the outdoors and time as a family. My kids love it and it’s Kyle’s favorite place on earth! We can’t wait to have our own place there so we can share and make memories there with more of our friends and family. The process is taking awhile because, as you can imagine, there aren’t a lot of resources in this area. However, we trust it will be worth the wait!
