Happy Sunday! My sisters and I went to the Oprah seminar yesterday and, wow, it was amazing! It was uplifting and inspiring and incredibly motivational. I wish they would have sold a recording of it because I would watch it again and again. She was everything I expected and more! She talked about the importance of removing toxic people from our life, how being intentional can create positive and profound changes in our life, how scheduling quiet and alone time for ourselves is a key component of our well-being, and so much more! It was great!

Tomorrow is President’s Day so the kids are out of school. I’m looking forward to sleeping in and getting an extra day of family time! I hope everyone has a great week!
