Weekly Recap + Casual Basics

Do you have a weekly self-maintenance day? Sunday’s are usually that day for me. Typically, lately, on Sunday evenings I do all the maintenance; I exfoliate, shave, self-tan, use a hair mask and a face mask, etc. It’s now something I look forward to and I also feel like I wake up on Monday mornings in a better mood. Anywho, not sure why I am sharing this, I guess because it’s Sunday and I’m looking forward to my self-care this evening. Ha!

Also, I wanted to share that my stepdad had his bone marrow transplant on Wednesday. It seemed to go well, but the days following have been pretty rough. My mom did tell us, however, that he seemed to be doing better today. Thank you for all of your prayers!
